Sunup Gun is a 2-Time NRHA World Champion who has approximately
$22,383.79 in NRHA earnings. Sunup Gun produces foals with SUPERIOR minds and athletic ability. His Father, One Gun, was
a Reserve World Champion in Cutting and because of this, we believe Sunup Gun’s foals have the ability to excel in
Cutting, Reining, or Reined Working Cow Horse events. We are breeding Sunup Gun to superior performance mares with
bloodlines such as, Gallo Del Cielo, Dry Doc, Dual Pep, Haidas Little Pep, Powder River Playboy, Smart Peppy Doc, Nu
Chex To Cash, and others. We are breeding for versatility and horses that can go do anything and everything. We are
absolutely devoted to breeding bone and conformation back into our performance horses. We believe that the Mr. Gun Smoke
bloodlines are a superior outcross for today’s Quarter Horse industry. Sunup Gun has several sisters that have produced
Reining Futurity and Congress Reining Futurity Champions this year... his sister, Snip O Gun, produced Big Chex To Cash,
who placed 2nd this year in the NRHA Futurity...Sunup Gun is enrolled in the NRBC, Sire & Dam Program, and the AQHA
Incentive Fund, and Gordyville Breeders Cup. Currently, Sunup Gun has 7 performers with a very limited amount of foals.
Some of his foals are in Reining training now; additionally, he also has foals currently being trained for Cutting and
Reined Working Cow Horse. You will enjoy owning and riding a Sunup Gun foal so much, you will have to own another. They
are a pleasure to own, train, and ride!
